Betty Boop
Daphne from Scooby Doo
if u like any of these ideas please tell me how to get 2 people to use what (I also am it'll be awesome) if you have another idea, please tell me what and how the wear and 2 also

Now Betty Boop is the best and IMO, just get a pipe loop, black wig, short red dress and a garter. It's so cute! You can probably find in a thrift store dress on. They all have fancy dress party in the city, but only if you blow $ 50

I say trying to do. Thrift stores see, if something interesting comes out here, you may (have another idea in total). For Daphne, the search for a funky purple and lime green scarf.
My favorite aspect is that Lady GaGa is covered with clear balloons. Thus, all wearing white, a blonde wig and light globes! It would be stellar!
