Small Intestinal Obstruction Hemoroids Acute Abdominal Pain- Should I Go To The ER?

Acute abdominal pain- should I go to the ER? - small intestinal obstruction hemoroids

So I thought that IBS would be for a while, my doctor and talk about it, it is not curable or emergency, if I make an appointment after the semester is over (I'm a 29yr old full time student and single mother, and my doc is about 45 minutes up to an apt one days is 1 / 2 Event)
But yesterday evening and today I had extreme abdominal pain. Both times it started about an hour to 3 hours after eating. I never had pain that I associated with my IBS is likely that this terrible and intense than before. The pain is intense, stabbing, piercing, severe acute - is far from essential, just below my navel but above the basin. Yesterday, before the pain started, I broke down. I had only 2 bowel movements very small, as you beginsterday. No fever. Some chills (but seems to always be too cold.)
** I usually have a high tolerance for pain. I have endometriosis and the pain on a daily basis. The pain made me cry last night.
Is this a bowel obstruction and IBS?
The last time I went to the emergency room of the documents I have treated like shit and acted like she was losing time, so I am reluctant to do. You also have to wake up my son and ask him or my neighbor for the night, while my friend takes me.
I do not want to go a little too stubborn, and IBS, but I do not know if this could be serious enough to warrant a trip to the emergency room.

If you are in extreme pain, you should have a doctor as soon as possible to consult, either through an outpatient or emergency room. If you do not feel like your situation is serious enough for emergency room and then finally an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible.

If pain persist or worsen, it is possible that it might be appendicitis. then you should definitely emergency department emergendy appendectamy before it explodes in you and it hurts>

Do not let that fool you get the ER. Yes, I have trained hard to get where they are, but they are so little sleep, knows exactly what it is until the end. If you can not sleep, it is perhaps useful to take the examination. If you do not even sleep, nothing to lose by one to the emergency room.

If you are in the bottom right around the belly button it could be one or it could be appendicitis, gallbladder. Go to the emergency department to be safe. Good luck!

Go to the emergency room!
Cause I have IBS and other gastrointestinal problems, severe pain and was twice dirverticular for the problems in the hospital. Sorry you feel this pain, and I think if it as you say, and believe me so bad, I think I know what this kind of pain similar, then you should consult a Gastrointenerologist and see what happens. Our systems are unpredictable, and it is difficult to know what happens. I was like a piece of dirt in the emergency room and treated, and when I started to vomit blood, I take it seriously! They were ready to send home. If you have a disability, it is important to seek help now.
Good luck and I hope you feel better and soon received a diagnosis of what is happening.

Do not let the people arrogantly bad mood, a danger to their health. You may never see again anyway. And who cares what they think of you? Even with his son. They do not do that every night. He will recover. If you need to wake up then so be it. Not to be levied against you!

You do not know if it persistently until you and you have no grumpy people as "stupid" and "untreated" and examine, or have been ruled out, nothing serious. Even if you do not "treatment" as such, can still medication for pain is a very good reason to go to the emergency room anyway.

I take a laxative, if someone with medical knowledgeTo do age. I think it is reliable enough to tangle have if you are a potential disability, as well as they could disrupt his (or embarrassing!) If you are in the emergency room, after all, or go to decide whether things go so far as to that surgery need
Personally, I would. The earlier you go, the faster you can go back to sleep in and use the time to examine tormorow. If you previously and had so far.
