I've been married 20, and I have a 2 year old son (2 turned today). I know exactly, I have good credit, can be good. I live in Florida and I'm happy for basic tips for first time buyers. Looking to buy a new 3-bedroom house new or slightly less than 2 years. I do not know where to start.
