I had some blood work done and my doctor told me that my thyroid is abnormally low. He does not want to address now, but give it one or two months and then see if there had been no change.

My question is ... There is nothing I do in the meantime, to help you burst (without saving) pills?

I eat healthy and exercise almost every day. I'm only 25 years old, 5 feet high and about 120 pounds.
